According to Rivals national analyst Adam Gorney, Notre Dame has extended its second offer today to a California wide receiver with Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra product Kobe Smith being the recipient.
The 6-foot-3, 172-pounder also holds offers from the likes of USC, Nebraska, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington State, Arizona and Illinois, among others.
According to MaxPreps, Smith hauled in 51 passes for 859 yards and six touchdowns during his junior campaign.
The three-star talent is joined by Etiwanda (Calif.) three-star wide receiver Geordon Porter on the Irish offer list so far today.
Smith ranks as the No. 66 wide receiver in the 2018 class and the No. 45 player overall in California.
