JUSTIN NORMAN OL | 6-4 | 288 | Jersey Shore, Pa. | Jersey Shore Norman participated in the National Underclassmen All-American Game. He said Penn State is the only school he's seriously considering and is waiting to hear if he's accepted. Norman is one of the most underrated players in Pennsylvania according to multiple scouts. He already has great size and could provide valuable depth for the interior line. He was leaning toward walking on but then was offered by Robert Morris. It appears he's leaning toward that scholarship now. He visited Penn State multiple times over the past few years. He is extremely shifty. Almost everyone who has seen him play believes that if he were a few inches taller, he'd be a legitimate Division I prospect. This year, Scales became the top offensive player for CD, totaling 1,663 yards, averaging 7.4 yards per carry and scoring 27 touchdowns. KYLE SEARFOSS LB | 6-1 | 215 | Lewisburg, Pa. | Lewisburg Smith took an unofficial visit to Penn State in December to meet with the coaching staff. He still hasn't decided whether he'll walk on with the Nittany Lions or attend an Ivy League school, most likely Princeton. He earned firstteam All-State honors from the Patriot-News. He has applied to University Park and is planning to visit on Jan. 26, so he's leaning toward Penn State. That said, Searfoss is also a top baseball player in the Harrisburg area.
