Head coach Wes Moore's top signings were Jakia Brown-Turner, a 6-0 wing from Bishop McNamara in Oxon Hill, Md., and Jada Boyd, a 6-2 forward from Appomattox County High in Petersburg, Va. ESPN ranks Brown-Turner as the No. 17 prospect in the country, while Boyd is listed No. 32 nationally. 7-0 NC State's record in football games that started in the noon hour this season. The Pack went 2-3 in games that started later in the afternoon or in the evening. 11 Team finish for NC State's men's cross country squad at the NCAA Champion- ships Nov. 17 in Madison, Wis. That was a new NFL record for completions to start a game, breaking the previous mark of 22 set by Mark Brunell in 2006. It tied Ryan Tannehill's record of 25 straight during any point of the game.
