At BWI, we are adapting to that change by supplementing our February recruiting magazine with additional coverage of the December signing period. While our Citrus Bowl preview magazine went to press before the start of the three-day signing period, subscribers will receive an email detailing Penn State's signings. The Class of 2019 magazine will mail in February when the Lions have completed their recruiting efforts for the year. ■ BWI to provide recap of early signing period gan, but it should be noted that Penn State was still pushing hard for him to sign during the early period. Ellies faced a similar situation, having earned late o/ers from USC and Michi- gan. A1er using o0cial visits to Penn State and Ohio State in November, he took an o0cial visit to USC from Nov. 30- Dec. 2. Ellies could still take a fourth o0- cial visit to Michigan or another school on the weekend of Jan. 11-13. He's planning to announce his commitment Jan. 19 at the Polynesian Bowl. ■
