WHAT HE DID Wilson did not play the
2018 season a>er transferring back to
Windsor, his local high school. He had
previously attended a prep school, Avon
Old Farms, where he played his fourth
season of high school football in Con-
necticut in 2017. With no eligibility re-
maining, he was forced to sit out when he
moved back to Windsor since it's a public
school. During his ;nal two seasons, Wil-
son totaled 98 tackles and 11 intercep-
tions in 22 games.
WHAT HE WON Although he didn't play
in 2018, Wilson earned academic high
honors during the winter semester at
Windsor. While at Avon Old Farms, he
earned ;rst-team All-New England and
All-Erickson honors in 2017 and was
named the league's Defensive Player of
the Year. Wilson is rated a three-star
prospect by Rivals.com and is the fourth-
ranked prospect in Connecticut.
WHERE HE VISITED Before verbally
committing to Penn State last May, Wil-
son gave Syracuse serious consideration.
He also visited Connecticut and Temple,
and although he didn't have an opportu-
