He���ll probably also know what everybody else is supposed to do. ���We played, for a high school, a very similar defense [to Michigan���s], an under defense, with multiple adjustments based on personnel, formation, geography, down-and-distance, all kinds of things. He could tell you what everybody was doing. That���s an advantage. ���He doesn���t talk much, which is really good. Players that talk a lot usually don���t play a lot. He���s a guy who is pretty quiet, and just goes about his business. He���s also going to work really hard.��� While some Michigan fans grew uncomfortable that Alabama���s Nick Saban might make a late push for the younger Poggi���s services, he stayed steady with his commitment ��� and his dad remained confident in those who would mentor him next. ���For me, it wasn���t about the football,��� Poggi said. ���Pretty much all of these guys at the top echelon of Division I, the top 12 or 15 programs, those guys are all good coaches.
