They���re making that known with the kinds of kids they���re recruiting. Just look at the three of us running backs. I���m really looking forward to it.��� Shallman, who committed in February of last year, has had plenty of time to get to know his fellow Michigan newcomers. He had built a solid relationship with Smith, whom he will room with during his freshman year, and four-star quarterback Shane Morris, who hails from Warren (Mich.) De La Salle, one of Detroit Catholic Central���s biggest rivals. ���De���Veon and me, we���re already pretty close,��� Shallman said. ���Shane and I have a good relationship, too. I went over and hung out with him last week. He���s a pretty cool dude, and we���ve really gotten to know each other more than just as rivals. I like him, and he���s really talented. We all know that he has an arm. ���With today���s new wrinkles in recruiting like Twitter and Facebook, we have been able to become really close and get to know each other. We reached out to each other online even before we took visits and things like that. When I went on the official visit, it was really a lot of fun. We got to hang out with each other for the first time, for some of us, and carry on those relationships.��� ��� Andy Reid
