football recruiting issue I am just another one of those guys that has to do my job. The opportunity of filling his niche in front of the largest crowd in America is something Sypniewski has dreamt about since first studying the programs rich history, and the chance to be part of all the pageantry of Saturdays in Ann Arbor is something he cherishes. It is starting to hit me that I am coming into such a storied program, he said. Ive read the books about Bo Schembechler and the Ten Year War with Woody Hayes. That is the tradition that I am entering, and it is surreal. It is something I cant really explain right now. Once you are a part of it you are always a part of it. Buckeyes. I hate even saying the word. This is now something that is in my blood. But despite all of the pomp and circumstance surrounding the powerhouse program he committed to, Sypniewski knows that it is ultimately his work ethic that will determine his success, and keep his name perfectly anonymous to the general public. You work hard to be perfect, Sypniewski said. Hopefully you dont have any bad snaps, you fly under the radar and most people dont know your name. That is why my goal at Michigan is to snap for four or five years and no one knows who I am. That is how I will know if I did my job. Kevin Minor
