He made an unofficial visit to DePaul Feb. 2, when the Irish and Blue Demons played the first of two overtime games this season (Notre Dame won both). It wouldn���t at all be surprising if he added Notre Dame to that list very soon. White appears next in line to receive an official offer among a list of players that includes 6-7, 240-pound Reid Travis, a four-star recruit and the nation���s No.�� 56 prospect out of De La Salle High in Minneapolis; Sean O���Mara, a 6-8, 210-pound center, ranked No.��126 nationally, at Benet Academy in Lisle, Ill.; and 6-8, 220-pound power forward Martin Geben of St. Maria Goretti in Hagerstown, Md, who hasn���t cracked the national rankings but was recently honored as the Baltimore Catholic League Player of the Year. ��� 2013 Class Postseason Update Demetrius Jackson, PG, Mishawaka (Ind.) Marian High ��� The point guard had 19 points and 11 rebounds in Mishawaka (Ind.) Marian���s 59-57 loss to Plymouth March 1 in a Class 4A sectional semifinal, ending the year with an 11-10 record. The four-star player, and Notre Dame���s highest-ranked recruit coming in next season, ended his prep career with 1,934 points ��� the highest total in Marian and St.��Joseph County history. Austin Torres, PF, Mishawaka (Ind.) Penn High ��� Scored 23 points in Penn���s 75-72 Class 4A sectional semifinal win over South Bend Clay March 1. The next day Torres��� crew fell victim to full-court harassment in the sectional final, falling 93-71 to Adams and finishing 17-5 overall. Torres watched from the bench in the final minutes after fouling out with 11 points. He averaged 18.2 points, 10.4 rebounds and 4.1 blocks per game en route to Northern Indiana Conference first-team honors. V.J. Beachem, SF, New Haven (Ind.) High ��� Registered 23 points in New Haven���s 81-62 Class��4A sectional semifinal win over Wayne, and netted 11 first-quarter points in an 80-71 sectional final victory over Homestead March 2 ��� the Bulldogs��� first sectional crown since 1996. Beachem finished with 22 points. The four-star talent and 247Sports��� No. 100 player nationally helped his team post a 65-60 victory over Northrop in a regional semifinal March 9 by putting up 19 points and grabbing eight rebounds. The 18-6 Bulldogs fell in the sectional finals later in the day to top-ranked Carmel, 63���57. Beachem scored 17 points in the contest. Steve Vasturia, SG, St. Joseph���s Prep (Philadelphia) ��� The three-star shooting guard, ranked No.��175 in the country by 247Sports, scored a game-high 27 points to lead his squad to a 48-33 win over Abington in a Class 4A first-round playoff game March 9.
