are definitely some roads they're go‑ ing to have to cross before they get to that point. One of them is going to get some big, key, signature wins." Behind players like Logan and Jack‑ son, the Wolverines are hoping to reel in some of those wins sooner rather than later. Logan led the nation with 16 saves per game as of mid-March — a testament to his own talent, but also his defense's inability to prevent opponents from unleashing fury on him each time he steps between the pipes — and Jackson is Michigan's leading scorer with 11 goals and six assists on the year, just ahead of fel‑ low freshman Hernandez. "Having as big a role as what I have right now, it's obviously a good thing," Jackson said. "I just hope that I can keep that for the rest of the year and for years to come. It's not going to be guaranteed when more players continue to come in." Keady, is similarly pleased to have a starting role during his first year on campus. High defenseman Stefan Bergman — A close defender, Bergman plays for a La Salle program that also boasts Maryland-bound midfielder Matt Rambo. Bergman will add skill to the Wolverines' defense. 2013 Cincinnati St. Xavier High attackman Ian King — "This kid is one to watch," Inside Lacrosse associate editor and recruiting analyst Geoff Shannon said. "He's a good little attackman and will be a good player for them." 2013 Davis (Calif.) High midfielder Mikie Schlosser — "They have a kid who arguably could be the best midfield recruit in the country," Shannon said. "He's just a tremendous athlete and a good player as well." 2013 Conestoga (Pa.) High goalie Robbie Zonino — "Robbie Zonino is a great goalie who was a part of Conestoga's championship team last year. He's really an excellent player," Shannon noted. 2014 Courtice (Ont.) Paul Dwyer Catholic High attackman Austin Shanks — Though he's still a couple years away from joining the Michigan program (his first spring as a Wolverine will be 2015), Shanks is an offensive weapon that will add to the U-M arsenal. He was a top performer at the summer 2012 Warrior 40 elite camp, winning the shot accuracy competition. — Tim Sullivan
