F O O T B A L L R E C R U I T I N G PSU turns attention to Class of 2021 With the start of another recruiting cycle fast approaching, the Nittany Lions appear to be in position to land a highly rated class | P enn State fans may just now be turning the page to the Class of 2021, but for James Franklin and the assistant coaches, it's business as usual following the early signing period. As of the 1rst week of January, the Nit- tany Lion coaching sta2 had extended verbal scholarship o2ers to 195 prospects in the 2021 class, and that number will only continue to grow in the weeks and months to come. A 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect from Gonzaga, Williams visited University Park in December and has taken three visits total since the summer of 2018. The Lions are among his top 1ve schools, but PSU is also likely outside of his top two or three. LSU is considered the favorite, while Georgia and Clemson For daily and breaking news updates on Penn State football recruiting, visit bwi.rivals.com. D.C.
