NC State basketball fans had many rea-
sons to celebrate on Feb.
19. The men's
team not only upset No. 6 Duke, it demol-
ished the Blue Devils from start to finish
during an 88-66 rout.
That represented
the largest defeat by Duke to an unranked
team in the 40-year tenure of its legend-
ary head coach, Mike Krzyzewski. NC
State
never trailed and led by as many as 27
points in its fifth win during the last seven
home games against the perennial power.
