17 than the last time reporters
had a chance to speak with him, in the
moments after the Fighting Irish were
soundly defeated by Iowa State in an
NCAA Tournament "second-round"
game in Dayton, Ohio, a month earlier.
Yet, Brey was obviously still recovering
from another postseason flop.
