BLANKET STATEMENT
Penn State football fans endured 40-degree
temperatures, blustery winds and several
brief snow squalls during the Blue-White
Game on April 20. The night before the
game, Penn State was forced to cancel its
Blue-White carnival due to heavy rain earlier
in the day. Despite the poor weather
conditions, an estimated 28,000 fans
attended the game.
