athletics Inside Michigan Michigan Sits Atop The Directors' Cup Standings Freshman guard Nik Stauskas and the Wolverines reached the final game of the NCAA Tournament, providing U-M with signifcant points in the Directors' Cup race. W ith the national championship in men's gymnastics April 20, Michigan's athletic department moved into first place in the Directors' Cup following the conclusion of the winter season, and U-M is poised to take a run at Stanford for the overall title.
