of the 6rst schools he visits. Aside from the Nittany Lions, keep an eye on Florida and Georgia. He's already seen both of those campuses. Booker is cur- rently outside the Rivals250, but he does hold a four-star rating. MEHKI FLOWERS WR, 6-1, 195 Steelton, Pa. Steel-High A four-star prospect, Flowers could play safety or wide receiver at the Division I level. Penn State is recruiting him as a wide receiver, mainly because that's where he wants to play. It's probably best to call him an ath- lete for now. Dating back to June 2019, he's taken four visits to Univer- sity Park, including two games last season. Back in September, Flowers said that Penn State is recruiting him harder than any school in the nation, although he did add that Arizona State, Georgia Tech and Rutgers have also been speaking with him multiple times a week. The plan is to announce his top 10 on Nov. 3, which is his birthday. The Nit- tany Lions are considered the fa- vorites, and all signs point toward him committing to Penn State at some point in the beginning of 2021. Given his prox- imity to PSU and his versatility, which Franklin covets, allowing him to sign elsewhere would hurt. Flowers is a mem- ber of the Rivals250, coming in at No. 164 overall. He's the 69h-ranked prospect in Pennsylvania for 2022. ANDRE GREENE WR, 6-3, 180 Richmond, Va. St. Christopher's You won't 6nd many prospects in the Mid-At- lantic region more coveted than Greene; he already has more than 50 scholarship o8ers. Due to their proximity to campus, Flowers and Anthony Ivey get most of the attention when it comes to uncom- mitted wide receivers, but I think you can make a case that Greene is Penn State's top overall prospect at the posi- tion. While he hasn't opened up as much as the other receiver targets, he has ad- mitted that Penn State is one of the schools that is recruiting him the hard- est. He's also spoken highly of both Tay- lor Stubble6eld and Ja'Juan Seider. Visits will be one of the keys with Greene. Most of his o8ers came 7ooding in this past spring, including one from Penn State in early March. Since those o8ers arrived a9er the NCAA enacted a dead period, he hasn't seen many of his top options yet. There's a long way to go here, but I expect Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Tennessee to be in the mix. A four-star prospect, Green sits at No. 225 overall in ROOM TO RUN Penn State may take two running backs in its 2022 recruiting class, and Pettaway is one of the top RBs on the Nit- tany Lions' wish list.
