Not a tandem, but a combo that de-
serves credit for what they did to help
the 2012 team come together and suc-
ceed despite the severe NCAA penalties
that diminished the roster. The redshirt
junior Zwinak became only the 14th run-
ning back in Nittany Lion history to run
for 1,000 yards or more. He played his
best in the eight conference games, aver-
aging 113 yards per game, and won hon-
orable mention All-Big Ten notice.
Zordich, a <>h-year senior, started
