efore the COVID-19 pandemic brought
the hustle and bustle of college football
recruiting to a halt, Landon Tengwall had
two schools at the top of his list.
The Class of 2021 o;ensive lineman had
a feeling that Penn State was where he
wanted to go. The Nittany Lions had been
the :rst "big" school to extend him a
scholarship o;er, and he had told James
Franklin that Penn State's was the o;er he
had been waiting for right when he re-
ceived it.
Even so, Tengwall wanted to visit Penn
State and Notre Dame one more time.
