They also signed 16 four-star and six three-star players. Georgia's Class of 2021 consists of 20 members, two of whom received :ve-star ratings and 13 of whom earned four stars. The :ve-star duo consists of o;ensive lineman Amarius Mims of Cochran, Ga., and quarterback Brock Vandagri; of Bog- art, Ga., the No. 1-rated pro-style QB in the country according to Rivals. While the teams at the top of the rank- ings were entirely familiar, this was an in- teresting year in that seven of the schools in Rivals' top 20 are either traditional powers that had been on a downswing for the past decade or more (Southern Cal at No. 8, Miami at No. 12, Nebraska at No. 19) or schools that aren't accustomed to :nishing in quite so highly (Wisconsin at No. 14, North Carolina at No. 15, Missis- sippi at No. 18 and de:nitely Maryland at No. 20). Next to Oregon at No. 5, Southern Cal was the talk of the Pac-12, putting to- gether its best recruiting class in more than :ve years. The Trojans' class includes one :ve-star player: Korey Foreman of Corona, Calif., the nation's top-rated strongside defensive end, as well as 16 four-star and :ve three-star prospects. Miami (Fla.) once again ruled Miami- Dade and Broward counties, landing one :ve-star local player in James Williams of Plantation, Rivals' No. 1-rated free safety, as well as 11 four-star and nine three-star players.
