NEW DIGS
In March, the newest facility opened for the UVA
athletics department. The Cavalier men's and wom-
en's tennis programs began competing at the Virginia
Tennis Complex at the Boar's Head Sports Club.
The facility includes six courts and seating for 450
fans, electronic scoreboards on each court and a
massive video board. Since 2006, the Boar's Head
Sports Club has served as the home for UVA's home
indoor matches.
Due to the university's protocols caused by the
pandemic, an official opening ceremony for the facil-
ity will be held at a future date and fan attendance is
limited for the team's opening matches.
