very productive, but I think he doesn't gain
the respect that he deserves in this league."
"My eyes do wander at times, seeing the
big end goal of playing professionally, but
I am fully locked into winning a champion-
ship at NC State," Moore said. "That's my
No. 1 goal, and whatever personal accolades
or personal rewards that come with that I'll
be fine with it."
The 6-2, 236-pounder thinks his body is
in the best shape it has been since arriving
at NC State, too.
"I am in a really good spot, and I feel like
I can move and play well," Moore said. "I'm
working on my core and my flexibility. I am
trying to show I am a three-down linebacker,
that's the biggest thing I am working on."
Yet while pursuing his passions in foot-
ball, Moore is also not going to lose sight of
his missions off the field.
"I just try to do my best to be involved in
as many things as I can," he said. "NC State
is such a great place. I don't want to be
remembered for just being a great football
player. I want to be remembered for being
a great person who made an impact on the
campus and in the community." ■
