UVA DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS CARLA WILLIAMS • Jamey Bulloch, Grace Comerford, Janet Conklin, Katy Flynn, Colette Glass, Gabby Grob, Lily Jarrett, Sophia Kershner, Eliza- beth Kilgore, Nicola Lawless, Lauren Orr, Charlotte Quinn, Brooke Rickert, Maggie Taylor, Leia Till and Carrie Warner were named Collegiate Rowing Coaches Associa- tion National Scholar-Athletes. • Women's tennis fourth-year Rosie Jo- hanson was a recipient of the Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship Award. • Dox Aitken, Jared Conners, Kyle Kol- ogy, Matt Moore and Alex Rode were named to the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Scholar All-American team. • Women's swimmer Paige Madden, ten- nis players Carl Söderlund and Natasha Subhash, rower Sophia Kershner and men's lacrosse defenseman Kyle Kology were named to the 2021 Academic All-District At-Large District 3 teams. • Michaela Meyer, Derek Johnson and Owayne Owens were named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District III first team. • UVA had 148 student-athletes named to ACC All-Academic teams. • Virginia placed 493 student-athletes on the Honor Roll. A total of 46 Cavaliers were rec- ognized for the fourth time during their careers and six received the honor for a fifth time. That latter group includes Charlie Campbell (women's lacrosse), Louie Hayes (wrestling), Dillon Reinkensmeyer (football), Lizzy Sier- acki (women's soccer), Carl Söderlund (men's tennis) and Anna Sumpter (women's soccer). • The Virginia men's and women's track and field teams had 29 Cavaliers named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches As- sociation's All-Academic Team. Freshman Emma Navarro captured the NCAA singles title in 2021, becoming the second player in program history to do so.
