terrific 20 for 2014 ented wide receiver Feb. 22, but they have been recruiting Dupre since he was a freshman … Dupre was expected to visit South Bend at the end of June and is planning on returning for an official visit during the 2013 season … Dupre plans to wait until National Signing Day to make his decision. Corey Holmes 6-2, 175 • Fort Lauderdale, Fla. St. Thomas Aquinas H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Tabbed as a four-star player, the No. 30 prospect in Florida and the No. 31 wide receiver in the country. Junior Numbers: Had 28 receptions for 511 yards and five touchdowns. The Skinny: Notre Dame is in very good shape with the talented wide receiver from the Sunshine State … Holmes visited in September of last year and received an offer from the Irish that day … He made a return trip April 6 and has already planned a third visit this summer … The toughest competition is coming from the in-state Miami Hurricanes, but all signs point to Holmes heading to South Bend. Josh Malone 6-2, 190 • Gallatin, Tenn. • Station Camp H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Ranked as a four-star recruit, the No. 3 player in Tennessee, the No. 13 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 101 overall prospect in the country. Junior Numbers: Caught 28 passes for 408 yards and five touchdowns. The Skinny: Malone visited South Bend in October for the Notre Dame-Stanford game in hopes of landing an offer from the Irish, and that's exactly what happened … He enjoyed the trip with his parents and made a return visit to South Bend April 20 … There is a great deal of mutual interest between Malone and Notre Dame, and locking up an official visit would go a long way in landing the talented receiver. Offensive Guard Damien Mama 6-5, 340 • Bellflower, Calif. • St. John Bosco H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Listed as a four-star player, the No. 6 recruit in California, the No. 4 offensive guard in the nation and the No. 68 overall prospect in the country. The Skinny: The standout offensive guard received a Notre Dame offer March 6 … The Irish coaching staff is in good position with Mama, who also has shown interest in USC and Alabama … Mama has publicly stated that he would like to take an official visit to South Bend for a game this fall. Braden Smith 6-6, 290 • Olathe, Kan. • Olathe South Senior H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 1 player in Kansas, the No. 2 offensive guard in the country and the No. 52 overall prospect in the nation. The Skinny: One of Smith's first offers came from Notre Dame in May 2012, and the Irish have been at or near top of his list of favorites ever since … Texas A&M is the main competition for Notre Dame, but the Irish were in good position in mid-June. Defensive Tackle Lamont Gaillard 6-3, 310 • Fayetteville, N.C. • Pine Forest H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Ranked as a five-star prospect, the No. 1 player in North Carolina, the No. 3 defensive tackle in the country and the No. 13 overall recruit in the nation. Junior Numbers: Compiled 100 tackles, five tackles for loss, four sacks and one forced fumble. The Skinny: Upon receiving an offer from Notre Dame May 31, Gaillard admitted that he was cheering for the Irish during last season's run at a national championship … Georgia is the leader for Gaillard, but a visit to South Bend in the fall could change his situation. Thomas Holley 6-4, 285 • Brooklyn, N.Y. • Abraham Lincoln H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Listed as a four-star recruit, the No. 1 player in New York, the No. 10 defensive tackle in the nation and the No. 73 overall prospect in the country. Junior Numbers: Had 78 total stops, eight tackles for loss, six sacks and two forced fumbles. The Skinny: Holley burst onto the recruiting scene in February, and Notre Dame was one of his first offers on Feb. 28 … The Irish are firmly in the mix with Holley, and he has ties to the program … He knows the father of former Abraham Lincoln and current Notre Dame linebacker Ishaq Williams very well. He also knows current Irish commit Jay Hayes, who also hails from Brooklyn. Defensive End Andrew Williams 6-4, 231 • McDonough, Ga. Eagle's Landing Christian H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Considered a four-star recruit, the No. 19 prospect in Georgia, the No. 10 defensive end in the country and the No. 202 overall player in the nation. Junior Numbers: Produced 60 tackles, 16 sacks and two interceptions. The Skinny: Williams' holds more than 30 offers, but his fourth came from Notre Dame … The Irish staff signed Williams' good friend and former teammate Isaac Rochell in the 2013 class and has that tie working in its favor … Williams has been to South Bend on multiple occasions, and Notre Dame should be right in the mix when his decision time comes around. Linebacker Lorenzo Carter 6-5, 232 • Norcross, Ga. • Norcross H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Tabbed as a five-star player, the top recruit in Georgia, the No. 1 defensive end in the nation and the No. 3 overall prospect in the country. Junior Numbers: Notched 136 tackles, 45 tackles for a loss and 18 sacks. The Skinny: Notre Dame was Carter's fifth offer and that has stood out to him throughout the process … He was in South Bend for an unofficial visit June 21‑22 … Working in Notre Dame's favor is the fact that Sean Milligan, an assistant coach at Norcross, is a Notre Dame alum and a former offensive guard with the Irish from 2001-03. Nyles Morgan 6-2, 228 • Crete, Ill. • Crete-Monee H.S. 247Sports Ranking: Rated as a four-star player, the No. 3 prospect in Illinois, the No. 4 inside linebacker in the nation and the No. 56 recruit in the country.
