Since they came all that way, all three players spent the night in State College so that they could spend time with Franklin and his coaches the following morning. Miller was close to committing to Penn State just a few weeks ago, but he elected to hold off and just announce his top schools instead. That list included Penn State, Clemson, North Carolina, Ten- nessee and Virginia Tech, but the Nit- tany Lions are still considered the fa- vorites, with Clemson being the primary competitor.
