Offensively, he had 21 receptions for 257 yards and 1 touchdown and scored on a run of 2 yards. Zinter's Central Catholic squad fell against Danvers (Mass.) As of a week before the day class of 2023 prospects can put pen to paper to ink with the Irish, Notre Dame had 12 commits who are expected to play in postseason all-star games: • Seven Irish pledges were selected to play in the All-American Bowl: Henderson- ville (Tenn.) Pope John Paul II quarterback Kenny Minchey, Merrillville (Ind.) Andrean linebacker Drayk Bowen, Folsom (Calif.) High wide receiver Rico Flores Jr., Irving- ton (N.J.) High safety Adon Shuler, Men- tor (Ohio) High defensive lineman Brenan Vernon, Rock Island (Ill.) Alleman offensive tackle Charles Jagusah and Houston The Kinkaid School cornerback Micah Bell. The All-American Bowl will be played in San Antonio inside the Alamodome on Saturday, Jan. 7. The Bowl will be nation- ally televised live on NBC and Peacock. • Four more Notre Dame commits will be in the Under Armour All-America Game: St. Louis Christian Brothers run- ning back Jeremiyah Love, Round Rock (Texas) Stony Point wide receiver Braylon James, Baton Rouge (La.) De La Salle tight end Cooper Flanagan is expected to be Notre Dame's lone player in the Poly- nesian Bowl.
