THE PACK
34,000
Football season tickets sold as of Jan. 30 for
NC State's upcoming seven-game home
schedule. Except for the 2020 season in
which attendance was impacted by the
COVID-19 pandemic, the Wolfpack has
sold at least 30,000 season tickets every
year since 2002.
It's just confidence,
man. My teammates and
my coaches trust in me."
— Graduate guard Jarkel Joiner
after tying his season-high with 29
points in NC State's 77-69 victory
over North Carolina on Feb. 19
"
It's domination. It's our culture
versus theirs, our lifestyle versus
theirs. If we compare those every
year, we're going to come out on
top. We wrestle harder, we train
harder, we compete hard, and
our fans love watching that."
— Redshirt junior 184-pound wrestler TRENT
HIDLAY, after earning a 24-9 tech fall over
North Carolina's Carson Tenold, part of a 28-6
dual meet victory on Feb. 17 that gave the
Wolfpack a share of the ACC regular-season title
Coach Keatts and Coach Doeren have been there for
me after a tough loss. They're reaching out to me, tell-
ing me to hang in there. They get it; they know how tough it
is. Coach Keatts and Coach Doeren text me after every game.
[Having them] here tonight means a lot. They are unbe-
lievable guys, and NC State is lucky to have both of them."
— Women's basketball coach Wes Moore, following his
team's victory over North Carolina, on the support he's
received from his NC State colleagues Kevin Keatts of the
men's basketball team and Dave Doeren of the football team
