MARCH/APRIL 2023 ■ 7 ■ WOLFPACK CLUB NEWS PHOTO BY KEN MARTIN 2023-24 MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TICKETS The priority renewal/commitment deadline is May 1, 2023. A deposit or payment schedule must be in place by this date to maintain one's seating rights or license for the 2023-24 season. Donors may renew their tickets by accessing their renewal application on their account at GoPack.com/MyAccount. This information was emailed out in early March. Payment plans can be spread out over an 8-month period with the final payment due on October 1, 2023. Seating Rights Upgrades for Men's and Women's Basketball After the renewal deadline of May 1, 2023, the Wolfpack Club will hold another seating rights upgrade/move event. Seating rights and license holders will be emailed out a request form to submit if they are interested in relocating. Any seating rights not renewed by the May 1 priority deadline will be made available to these donors. Annual Seat Selection Process – Men's Basketball After the seating rights relocation event, all remaining available seats will be available to be selected as annual seats during the online selection process, just as in previous years. Donations made prior to May 1, 2023 will impact the selection time order. The online selection process is expected to be in early summer and last approximately two weeks. Seat Assignment Process – Women's Basketball Seat assignments for women's basketball will be done internally, based on Wolf- pack Club ranking, and then by specific request. All annual seats will be assigned using the Wolfpack Club point priority system. Faculty/staff seats will continue to hold their same seating location. Why is the renewal deadline moving up? There are two primary reasons for this change: 1. To provide a longer payment plan/terms The full payment is still due on a similar schedule – but in order to offer a longer and more spread-out payment plan (which has been heavily re- quested by our donors), it is necessary to start earlier. 2. A longer sales cycle generates necessary resources for student-athletes sup- port and department success. Having the renewal and relocation process completed in mid-May, the sales team will now be able to offer exact seating locations all summer and fall, which should do wonders for acquiring more fans and donors and enhance the home court advantage and also give more resources to our student- athletes. What if I do not renew my Lifetime Seating Rights by May 1st? As in all previous years since the LTR system was developed, donors that do not renew their seating rights by the priority deadline risk the chance that another donor selects their seating locations during the LTR move/upgrade process. NEW THIS YEAR!
