2 8 S E P T E M B E R 2 0 2 3 W ith Penn State near- ing the start of its 2023 season, the names and faces responsible for the program's hopeful outlook have come into focus. The Nittany Lions have assembled a strong collec- tion of talent, prompting Pro Football Focus to recently award PSU its No. 7 preseason ranking. With the Lions boasting All-Big Ten potential at many spots, and even a few All-America hopefuls, it was no easy task to rank the team's top 25 players. Nevetheless, BWI has at- tempted to do just that. This isn't an exact science with firmly established crite- ria for inclusion. Some of the players listed below are ex- perienced and established. Others are young and have only just begun to tap into their full potential. The one trait they share is that they will all have key roles to play in the Lions' fortunes this fall.
