Catholic Central. He joins past winners Robert Henderson (1982), Antoine Joubert (1983), Glen Rice (1985), Terry Mills (1986), Michael Talley (1989), Chris Webber (1991), Willie Mitchell (1994), Robert Traylor (1995), Dion Harris (2003), Manny Harris (2007) and Isaiah Livers (2017). The previous record was 657,000 (Iowa vs. Penn State Feb. 8, 2024). 2014-15 Was the last time until this season that Michigan men's basketball finished without a representative on any of the three All-Big Ten teams. Michigan finished that regular season 15-15 and was 16-16 after splitting two contests in the Big Ten Tourna- ment. U-M was the only Big Ten school this year to not have a player selected to the all-conference, defensive or freshman teams. Amazing. The most important quality of a head coach at the University of Michigan is being a Michigan Man, and he's got that. He's earned his stripes, and the boys love him, they're behind him. With those two things, they're going to be successful no matter what." — Quarterback J.J. McCarthy on how head football coach Sherrone Moore will do in his new role As the guys are walking around, they're starting to see it and feel it, the strength gains, the speed. Just how they look. They're walking around with their chests out, as they should because they've been grind- ing. It's been very special to just be able to finally have that time with them and get their feet underneath them." — Football director of strength and conditioning Justin Tress on the "In The Trenches" podcast PHOTO COURTESY MICHIGAN PHOTOGRAPHY PHOTO COURTESY MICHIGAN PHOTOGRAPHY
