The three- star prospect, who had totaled 412 yards on only 14 catches through seven games (29.4 yards per catch), visited Penn State for its clash with UCLA on Oct. 5. One other player to keep a close eye on is four-star Maryland prospect Brandon Finney. The 6-2, 185-pound cornerback from McDonogh High in Owings Mills said Penn State was the team to beat throughout most of his recruitment, but he committed to Ore- gon following an official visit to Eugene in June. He's held firm with that pledge but has since visited both Michigan and Penn State. His return trip to State College took place Oct. 5 for the game against UCLA. Penn State's coaches have stayed in touch, Finney said, adding that "their feelings about me haven't changed at all. "They've been calling me and have stayed in contact the entire time," he said. "I know it's a place that has every- thing I need to succeed." McDonogh will play its final regular- season game on Nov. 2, ruling out any possibility of Finney attending Penn State's home game against Ohio State. However, depending on his playoff schedule, he said there is a chance he could attend the White Out game against Washington the following week. "I definitely want to try to get back up to Penn State, but it'll just depend on my schedule," Finney said. He went on to add, "If I can make it, I'd like to make it. It's not too, too far, but right now I'm not sure." ■ C L A S S O F 2 0 2 5 C O M M I T M E N T S * NAME POS HT WT RATING** HOME SCHOOL Randy Adirika DL 6-3 280 HHH Miami, Fla.
