4 THE WOLVERINE ❱ MARCH 2025 ON U-M'S 2025 FOOTBALL RECRUITING CLASS U-M is going back to its championship formula of trench warfare and bully ball. The Eagles and Chiefs showed that the best lines always win in January and February. This is an elite offensive line class with QB1 for Michigan. U-M is in on some great offensive line- men in 2026. Would love to see them stack elite line classes back to back. Malakai Lee, Leo Delaney, etc. Would love to see them go big-game hunting for defensive linemen in 2026. A 6-foot-2 corner with 10.6 speed is insane. Know he's very highly ranked as it is and that there's more to it than just those attributes, but how is he not further up the list? Blue Meridian Yep. Samsneed Michigan could add a specialist to the class at some point. EJ Holland Man, this WR corps can be exactly what we need. The room is still missing speed in the worst way, but at least we've got skill-set diversity now. There's size, physicality, athleticism, YAC and more potential overall. Michigan probably won't really land 5-star WRs with this offense, but if we can use hauls like this to complement the run game, it'll be all we need. Owen P.
