Abrams, who received four stars and is listed No. 168 overall and No. 12 at his position by On3, has yet to lock in any official visits. The 6-2, 210-pound prospect visited Georgia on March 15 and Alabama three days later. He is ex- pected to also check out Texas A&M and Michigan this spring. Those schools, along with Penn State, look to be his top five, although Abrams hadn't pub- licly announced his favorites as of mid- March. Other expected visitors on April 5 are tight end Mack Sutter of Dunlap, Ill., defensive lineman Garrett Withering- ton of Birmingham, Ala., and offensive lineman Tavian Branch of Riverside High School in Taylor, Pa. Of those three, Sutter is the highest- ranked player, coming in at No. 148 na- tionally and No. 6 among tight ends. The four-star prospect set his official visit to Penn State for June 6-8, and he'll also take early official visits with Illinois and Ole Miss in April. Alabama and Ohio State are expected to host him at some point in March or April before bringing him back for official visits in June. Sutter has emerged as assistant coach Ty Howle's top tight end target in the 2026 class. Penn State also has a few intriguing prospects set to visit during the third week of spring practice. On April 7, run- ning back Brian Bonner will fly in from California to visit State College for the first time. Ranked No. 55 nationally and fourth at his position, the Santa Clarita native included Penn State on his list of top schools in late February. Other pro- grams that made the cut included Geor- gia, Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, UCLA, Stanford and Washington. A 6-1, 185-pound speedster, Bonner turned in a 10.48-second 100-meter time last spring. He said that Ja'Juan Seider's decision to leave for Notre Dame hasn't impacted his thoughts on the Nittany Lions, adding that he's looking forward to meeting new run- ning backs coach Stan Drayton.
