He left via the transfer portal for Saint Francis. MICAH BOWENS QB 0 Bowens did not see any game action during his lone year in State College. He later spent two seasons at Oklahoma and one year apiece at Charlotte and Bethune- Cookman. COLE BREVARD DT 0 After a redshirt season in 2020, Brevard played in just one game in 2021 and then hit the transfer portal, ending up at Purdue. He earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors last year after totaling 38 tackles, including 8 for loss and 2.5 sacks, and 2 fumble recoveries. JI'AYIR BROWN S 26 A two-time third-team All-Big Ten selection, Brown started 26 games during his final two seasons. For his career, he totaled 153 tack- les in 35 games. He had 10 interceptions, 3 forced fumbles and 3 fumble recoveries JIMMY CHRIST OT 0 Christ played in 11 games during his three seasons in State College, with most of his work coming on special teams. He then transferred to Virginia, where he was a rota- tional player who made two starts in 2023. NICK DAWKINS OL 16 Dawkins returns for his final collegiate season in 2025 after starting all 16 games for the Lions at center last year. He earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors from the media and was named winner of the Wuerffel Trophy for his community service. JADEN DOTTIN WR 0 Dottin tallied only 2 catches for 14 yards in three seasons at PSU before moving on to Toledo. After serving as a backup in 2023, he made nine starts at receiver and four at safety in 2024. He is listed as a safety for the Rockets heading into the 2025 season. TYLER ELSDON LB 13 Elsdon finished with 100 tackles in five seasons at Penn State and was a key special teams contributor. His best statistical season came in 2023 when he recorded 21 tackles, a fumble recovery and 2 pass breakups. OLUMUYIWA FASHANU OT 21 After earning second-team Walter Camp All-America honors during an eight-game 2022 season that was cut short due to an injury, Fashanu firmly established himself as a first-round NFL Draft pick in 2023, when he was named Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year and was a consensus All-American. He's getting set to enter his second season with the New York Jets in 2025 after being picked 11th overall last year. ZURIAH FISHER DE 0 Fisher is slated to start at defensive end this fall. His career has been marred by injuries, including a setback last spring that caused him to miss the entire 2024 slate. Fisher has 23 tackles in 23 career games. CAZIAH HOLMES RB 0 Holmes appeared in 12 games during his two seasons at PSU, totaling 254 rushing yards and 1 kick return for 23 yards. Since transferring to Florida State, he has played in 26 games, carrying 44 times for 269 yards and 4 scores while adding 5 receptions for 58 yards and 2 touchdowns. He enters his final collegiate season in 2025. CLASS OF 2020 SUMMARY Players in class: 27 | On3 Team Ranking: No. 14 Ji'Ayir Brown had a penchant for creating turnovers.
