6 ■ THE WOLFPACKER ■ WOLFPACK CLUB NEWS Where are you from? I am origi- nally from Long Island, N.Y. W here did you go to school? The State University of New York at Oneonta. I majored in music industry with a minor in mass communications. I graduated early in three and a half years. What are your current responsi- bilities at the Wolfpack Club? I am an accountant/HR specialist. I do all the backend accounting, like taxes. I'm also onboarding people, offboarding people and doing the payroll. What did you do before moving to Raleigh? I was working at a small Long Island tech company before I worked at the Wolfpack Club. I basically did the same thing there that I'm doing here. It was a very easy transition for me with the same job responsibilities working in IT. W h a t's yo u r favo r i te pa r t o f working at the Wolfpack Club? The people. It's really nice working in an of- fice and not remote. Everyone is around my age, which is wonderful. Everyone is really friendly and so nice and sweet. It's definitely the people. What are your hobbies? I'm a big PC gamer. I also hang out with my niece and nephew a lot. My whole weekend is hanging out with them. I also like to crochet. What's your favorite TV show? "Criminal Minds" and "Wednesday." What's your favorite movie? "Pi- rates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" or "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World." What's your favorite musical art- ist? Sleep Token. What's your favorite restaurant? Colletta in Cary. What's your favorite NC State memory? In February, we hosted a Women of the Wolfpack event. We had NC State alumni, professors and do- nors come in, and they spoke to all of the student-athletes about their career choices. I was lucky enough to sit down and chat with a few of them. It was a lovely event, getting to know our do- nors and meeting all the students. It was awesome to see how many people turned out for an event that just started this year. It was pretty special.
