8 ■ THE WOLFPACKER ■ WOLFPACK CLUB NEWS Where are you from? Overland Park, Kan. Where did you go to school? I went to the University of Kansas, where I studied sports management. What are your current responsi- bilities at the Wolfpack Club? I'm on the annual giving team. We take care of all the annual donations, and I cover the northeast part of the state. I am meeting with present, past and prospective donors to raise money for scholarships and facilities for NC State athletics. I'm also in charge of our Young Alumni program, where I'm working with recent graduates to become mem- bers of the Wolfpack Club. What did you do before moving to Raleigh? I was a college student. I graduated from Kansas in 2024 and then moved here the summer after. I was an intern at first, and I was hired full-time in March 2025. What's your favorite part of work- ing at the Wolfpack Club? I would say traveling around the state and meet- ing all kinds of people with different backgrounds, intentions and goals for NC State. It's neat to see the different viewpoints people have on athletics and the different connections people have with NC State. What are your hobbies? I like to play golf, go to the gym and work out. I also like to travel a lot. What's your favorite TV show? "Ozark" or "Breaking Bad." What's your favorite movie? "The Batman." Who's your favorite musical art- ist? John Summit. What's your favorite restaurant? I would say I go to Chipotle the most, but my favorite restaurant in Raleigh is La Terrazza. What's your favorite NC State memory? It was the women's basket- ball Play4Kay game last year against Duke. We have all the cancer survivors come out on the court. It was a cool ex- perience for them and everybody in the building, and then getting the win that night was special to a lot of folks that were in attendance. That was my most memorable mo- ment, just to see the community come together and rally around those cancer survivors. WOLFPACK CLUB STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Grant Hall, Assistant Director of Annual Giving Hall came to NC State from his native Kansas in 2024. He served as an intern at the Wolfpack Club before being hired full-time earlier this year.
