Simon was an offensive ana- lyst for quarterbacks and wide receivers at Syracuse in 2022, before becoming an on-field wideouts coach in 2023 (FCS Northern Colorado), 2024 (New Mexico) and 2025 (Utah). He worked for of- fensive coordinator Jason Beck at Syracuse, New Mexico and Utah. A former BYU wide receiver from 2015-19, Simon appeared in 36 games and earned a degree in exercise science. He spent time with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent (NFL) and BC Lions (CFL) prior to enter- ing coaching. A Dallas, Texas, native, Simon attended Bishop Dunne High School. Ht.: 6-2 • Wt.: 205 • Made 3 catches for 54 yards and 1 touch- down in 13 appearances in 2025. • Appeared in all 13 games in 2024 with 6 starts and 7 catches for 70 yards. • Did not see game action as a freshman in 2023, maintain- ing his redshirt. • Switched from quarterback to wide receiver after enroll- ing at U-M. • First-team Class 6 all-state as a senior and named most outstanding high school player in the Kansas City area. • Completed 224 of 339 passes for 3,228 yards and 35 touchdowns, while also rush- ing for 670 yards and 10 TDs during his se- nior season at Park Hill High. • Brother of former U-M wide receiver Ronnie Bell (2018-22). • Rivals Industry Ranking three-star recruit, ranked No. 47 among quarterbacks and as the 21st-best player in Missouri in the 2023 class. Ht.: 6-5 • Wt.: 215 • Played in seven contests in 2025, after en- rolling early. • Caught 50 passes for 1,137 yards and 12 touchdowns during his senior season at Santaluces Community High School, along with 10 rushes for 126 yards. • Hauled in 39 receptions for 730 yards and 14 TDs as a junior. • A three-star recruit, Browder was the No. 83 wide receiver in the land and the No. 69 player in Florida, per Rivals Industry Rank- ing. C.J. CHARLESTON • WR Gr. • Cleveland Ht.: 6-0 • Wt.: 190 • Missed the entire 2025 sea- son with an injury. • Appeared in 10 games with 2 starts at wide receiver with 1 catch for 22 yards in 2024. • Transferred to U-M in May 2024 from Youngstown State. • Started all 13 outings for the Penguins in 2023, racking up 33 receptions for 503 yards and 4 touchdowns, after missing the entire 2022 season with an Achilles injury. • Reeled in 16 catches for 147 yards in 2021, following a 7-reception, 112-yard spring Sophomore Jaime Ffrench was rated the No. 9 receiver and No. 59 overall prospect in the Rivals Industry Ranking for the 2025 class.
