t's not all that unusual in
professional sports to see several
players from the same college
on the same team. But seeing
five products of the
Forward Lori Lindsey, the 2000 and
same school on a roster is defi2001 ACC Player of the Year during
her time at UVa, has embraced mennitely something one doesn't
toring her younger fellow Wahoos.

And that is exactly what the Washington Spirit of the National Women's
Soccer League (NWSL), a league that just completed its inaugural season,
currently has with a quintet of former Virginia women's soccer players, and
it's an impressive group to say the least.
