  inside michigan athletics said. "That's my goal. I love college athletics. I love the recruiting process, the day-to-day operations, everything. "Coach wanted to make it clear that Michigan is the end all, be all, the biggest stage. You have all the facilities, the equipment, the support. But when you're a young coach, it's about being in an environment that might not have the support. You might not have enough balls or cones or the best field. Can you still get something out of a practice without those intangibles at your disposal? "Michigan makes it look easy, but he presented the challenges I would face starting out." If anything, those talks have fueled Arnone's fire even more. He follows Michigan's training regimens, travel plans and schedules, making notes of the things he'd have to oversee as a head coach some day. In the immediate future, Arnone wants to continue playing soccer. Once he finishes his career with the Wolverines, his goal is to try and make it as a professional player as long as he can. After that, he's going to dive head first into coaching. And, if the stars align at the right time, he already has a place to start. "Coach has already let me know that, if there's a graduate assistant spot available in the future, he would extend that offer to me," Arnone said.
