michigan in the pros He has a good feel for the game and a good understanding of the game, and that can't help but make it easier for his teammates." Burke also has been as impressive protecting the ball as he was at Michigan. He averaged only 1.3 turnovers through his first 15 games, and just 0.8 per game on the road. "Trey was going to be an impact [player], but you don't how much of an impact a rookie can make," Jazz guard Richard Jefferson said. "But you also knew he was the National Player of the Year. He takes big shots. He's an aggressive point guard. "He has the ability to finish in the lane, which a lot of people were wondering about with his size. He's very good at it, even finishing with contact, and he's only going to get better the more he gets comfortable and the more he gets used to the defense." Those who watched it, though, know the rest of the story. Robinson fumbled while extending the ball toward the goal line on his 24-yard run, a critical turnover that cost the Jaguars a potential score. "I've got to make sure to protect the ball," Robinson told the Florida Times-Union. "That's what the coaches always talk about. I didn't protect the ball, and I should've." The Jaguars were trailing 20-10 at the time. "In the OTAs [organized team activities] and camps, that's what we challenged him with — keep the ball high and tight," Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley said. "It's all about the ball. When you get that close to the end zone, that's a natural reaction, to reach out and score. We don't do that. "We keep it high and tight throughout. I challenged him on it when he came off the field. He'll learn from that." Robinson had made a minimal impact for the club through 14 games this year. He had yet to catch a pass and had carried only 17 times for 56 yards.
