At Notre Dame

There are currently seven players from the state of Texas on Notre
Dame's roster. Junior running back

Nick Tausch, sophomore safety Nicky
Baratti, junior cornerback Jalen Brown,
freshman tight end Durham Smythe,
and freshmen wide receivers Corey
Robinson and Torii Hunter Jr. all hail
from the Lone Star State.
Two more Texas natives, Dallas cornerback Nick Watkins and The Colony
linebacker Grant Blankenship, are committed to Notre Dame in the 2014 class,
and the Irish just added commitment

Following his official visit to South
Bend Dec. 15, Hill decided to end his
recruitment and choose Notre Dame
over Boise State, Colorado, Oklahoma,
Texas and Texas Tech.

I just decided it was the best place for
me," Hill said. "I was up all night, and
I was just thinking that Notre Dame is
where I want to go. This is a 40-year
