EXTRA STRENGTH f Matt Brown says someone is strong, you might want to take his word for it. Brown, of course, is Penn State's musclebound 174-pounder, who in July recorded the best physical fitness score (381) in the entire active Army ROTC network. He knows strong when he sees it, and he swears that teammate Morgan McIntosh is "one of the stronger guys" on the Nittany Lions' wrestling team. National champ David Taylor vouches for McIntosh's strength. Thirty pounds lighter than McIntosh, Taylor is selective when choosing to work out with the 197- pounder, because, as Taylor said, "When I wrestle him, I'm a little sore the next day."
