the 2014 season, Adrian Amos
didn't get the notice head coach
James Franklin thought he deserved this
summer.
In the time since, the Nittany Lions'
new head coach has made every e5ort to
rectify the oversight, showering Penn
State's senior safety with praise withheld
from some of the program's most talked-
about stars. Said Franklin, "We're pretty
excited about him and his ability, and I
could name a lot of guys, but for whatever
reason… that's a guy who I think should
be getting a little bit more love and at-
tention, because we think he has a chance
to be special."
Count the so6-spoken Baltimore native
among the ill-informed.
Asked at the team's annual preseason
media day about the moment he realized
Franklin "loved" him, Amos responded
