Occupation: Field sales consultant for Henry Schein Dental Family: Wife Cameron and sons James (5) and Jack (3) Hobbies/interests: At- tending Wolfpack football and basketball games, golf and most of all spending time with my family. Accomplishments: 1996 NC State graduate and six- time winner of the W.C. Cal- ton Award How did you become a Wolfpack fan? I became a Wolfpack fan in 1992 when I went to my first game at Carter-Finley. That was before the Murphy Center, Vaughn Towers and the Red Zone. There is something very special about Carter-Finley on a Saturday in the fall. Why did you decide to get involved with the Wolfpack Club? I was in the Stu- dent Wolfpack Club when I attended State, and I became a Volunteer Rep because I wanted to give back to the university on another level. Volunteering for the Wolfpack Club allows me to really get involved with other NC State fans in Greensboro and raise the awareness of our university in my local community. Why should someone that's not a member join the Wolfpack Club? Whether you are a diehard fan, a casual fan, watch the teams play at Carter-Finley and PNC or on TV, the student-athletes still require funding for educational expenses, housing and workout and practice facilities. The donations we give to the Wolfpack Club will allow our student-athletes to succeed in the classroom and on the field. Do you have any favorite game-day traditions? I have been tailgating with the same group for almost 20 years, and we all have seats together. Now, we've expanded our tailgates to include our wives and children. Who is your favorite all-time student-athlete? Philip Rivers. Whenever he had the ball in his hands I always felt like we were going to win. Aaron Messick Hometown: Greensboro, N.C.
