  MICHIGAN HOCKEY Under-17 national team's defensemen in scoring last season, with 27 points in 47 games, despite missing time to injury in November. Alex Talcott — Forward 5-11, 194 • Kentwood, Mich. Last team: Indiana (USHL) Talcott is a two-way defensive shutdown forward. He performed two seasons with Indiana of the United States Hockey League, helping the Ice to a Clark Cup champion- ship. Talcott scored the game-tying goal in a 3-2 win over the Waterloo Black Hawks in game five. Tony Calderone — Forward 6-0, 200 • Trenton, Mich. Last team: Sioux Falls (USHL) He's a skilled-shooting, physical forward. Calderone played two seasons with the Sioux Falls Stampede of the United States Hockey League. Last year, he finished second on the team in goal scoring and fifth in points, with 24 markers and 17 assists for 41 points in 60 games. Dylan Larkin — Forward 6-1, 192 • Waterford, Mich. Last team: USNTDP Under-18 national team The speedy, highly skilled first-round draft choice of the Detroit Red Wings should help immediately. The NHL's Central Scouting Service ranked him No. 17 among North American performers, after he finished fourth on the United States National Team Development Program Under-18 squad with 56 points (31 goals and 25 as- sists) in 60 games. Niko Porikos — Defense 6-2, 179 • Ann Arbor, Mich. Last team: Hamilton (OJHL) Porikos is a versatile defender who can step in to play the wing. He led all defense- men on the Hamilton Red Wings of the Ontario Junior Hockey League in scoring in 2013-14, with 21 points on nine goals and 12 assists in 51 games played. Dexter Dancs — Forward 6-2, 205 • Vancouver, British Columbia Last team: Vernon (BCHL) Dancs is a physical power forward with good skating and shooting skills. He played for the Vernon Vipers of the British Columbia Hockey League in 2013-14, finishing second on the team in scoring with 67 points on 26 goals and 41 assists in 56 games.
