Michigan opens its season at the Windy City Invite Jan. 17 in Chicago. DANNEMILLER HEADS FOR USA VOLLEYBALL Michigan volleyball senior Lexi Dannemiller is participating in a two-week training cycle for USA Vol- leyball, at the USA National Team Center Jan. 5-16 in Anaheim, Calif. Karch Kiraly, head coach of the U.S. Women's National Team, is running the sessions. Dannemiller numbers among a half dozen Big Ten participants, and 17 overall. The roster also in- cludes Penn State's Micha Hancock, Haleigh Washington and Ali Frantti, Michigan State's Kori Moster and Nebraska's Kayla Banwarth. Dannemiller finished her Michigan career with 5,321 assists, second on the Wolverines' all-time list. She was third in Big Ten assists per set and second in assists in conference matches this past season.
