sophomore and junior years, Bowen :nally found a home at
Barnegat High and ;ourished with the 10-2 squad in 2013.
That season, he racked up 68 total tackles, including 15 tack-
les for loss and 2.5 sacks, to go along with 22 quarterback
hurries. As a senior, Bowen missed three games with an in-
jury but still made 51 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and a sack
while picking up 517 yards and scoring :ve TDs oer Bowers' trip to campus, the
switch had been made. His commitment to Penn State was
the culmination of a relationship that began last summer
when he excelled at a seven-on-seven tournament at Uni-
