or the first time since the 1988‑89
season, Notre Dame did not lose
consecutive games during the
regular season. Its 26 victories
during that time marked the most since
the 1908‑09 squad. And its 14 league
wins was just the third time in pro‑
gram history that the Irish reached that
figure.

Seniors Pat Connaughton and Jerian Grant finished among the program's greats, but hope to add to their
