visit, we believe the o8ensive lineman has enough interest in the Nittany Lions to consider it. No. 50 AHMIR MITCHELL Mitchell is one of Penn State's top receiver targets, but he's not said much lately about his recruitment, and it's unclear where PSU – or any school for that matter – really stands. He recently received o8ers from Virginia Tech, Michigan State and South Carolina. No. 53 MILES SANDERS Sanders, a run- ning back, committed to Penn State at camp in July and has been back to campus few times since, most recently for an un- o9cial visit Feb. 28. No. 56 E.J. PRICE An o8ensive tackle prospect from Georgia, Price visited Penn State in November for its game vs. Michi- gan State. But it appears as though he is leaning toward staying in the South to play his college football, as he recently named a top 10 that didn't include the Nittany Lions. No. 61 NASEIR UPSHUR Upshur had planned several visits to Penn State, in- cluding a trip in late January, but sched- uling con7icts prevented him from fol- lowing through. The tight end was on campus previously, however, and has had frequent contact with the sta8. PSU is in his top 15. No. 68 DWAYNE HASKINS JR. It's un- clear which schools lead for Haskins, but he appears most interested in Rutgers, Maryland, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Alabama. He is still in contact with Penn State regularly, but unless he visits soon, we believe PSU will have a hard time cracking the quarterback's top three. No. 81 MICHAL MENET Menet, an o8en- sive tackle, recently reshu:ed his top 6ve, dropping Florida State and adding Stan- ford. Penn State is 6rmly in the mix, with Ohio State, Duke and Michigan State rounding out his top 6ve. He visited Penn State on Feb. 28 and stayed overnight. No. 89 JOEJUAN WILLIAMS Tennessee and Ohio State are the early leaders for the standout defensive back, but Penn State's coaching sta8 has a relationship with him that dates back to its tenure at Vanderbilt. Williams is from the same high school (Father Ryan in Nashville, Tenn.) as Bob Shoop's son Tyler, who re- cently joined the Nittany Lions as a walk- on. No. 91 JARRETT GUARANTANO Guar- antano has visited Penn State a few times throughout the recruiting process, but the quarterback prospect recently an- nounced top three that did not include the Nittany Lions. It appears as though the battle will be between Ohio State, Rutgers and Tennessee. No. 96 RON JOHNSON Johnson, a de- fensive end, showed strong initial interest in Penn State a;er earning his o8er in August. He visited in November and also checked out Rutgers and Ohio State during the fall. In February, he visited Virginia Tech, Maryland and Rutgers. No. 102 JAUAN WILLIAMS Williams is a raw o8ensive tackle prospect, but he's coveted by all the top schools in the coun- try. He's visited PSU twice already, but we believe other schools, such as Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Auburn, Florida and Florida State, hold an early advan- tage. No. 109 DAMAR HAMLIN Perhaps the best senior defensive back in Pennsylvania, Hamlin has visited Penn State multiple times in the past year, most recently Jan. 31, when the Nittany Lions hosted some of their top prospects for 2016. We believe PSU is in good shape early, but Ohio State and Notre Dame are serious contenders as well. Hamlin plays for the same Pitts- burgh Central Catholic team that produced recent Penn State signee Johnny Petr- ishen. No. 123 OLUWOLE BETIKU Betiku just 6nished his 6rst full season of American football and is quickly becoming one of the top defensive end prospects in the country. His legal guardian is former Nit- tany Lion great LaVar Arrington, so PSU will likely remain a contender until the end. But Arrington and his family now reside in California, so West Coast schools such as USC and UCLA could ultimately have the upper hand. No. 124 TERRANCE DAVIS A teammate of Shane Simmons, Davis has visited Penn State a few times, including on Jan. 31. Penn State sits in good position with the o8ensive tackle prospect, but so does Maryland. In fact, the Terps could be lead- ing, but it's still early. Once he visits Southern schools such as Alabama, Florida State and Georgia, we should have a better idea where PSU stands. No. 129 KARAMO DIOUBATE Dioubate is one of the fastest-rising prospects in Pennsylvania, and although he missed a recent visit to Penn State, we still believe the Nittany Lions are in good position. The defensive tackle said he's been "watch- ing [PSU] for a long time" and he was on campus in November when the Lions played Michigan State. The only other school he had visited as of late February was Rutgers. No. 135 J.P. URQUIDEZ Urquidez visited Penn State last year when he was attending DeMatha High in Maryland. The o8ensive tackle has since returned to his home state of Texas to play his senior season. It's likely he will end up playing his college ball in the Big 12. No. 151 JOHN BROUSSARD Broussard, a cornerback, received an o8er from Penn State last May and has built a strong re-
