Redshirting two returning All- Americans, along with a highly touted in- coming freshman class, which included three recruits ranked among the top 10 in the nation, head coach Cael Sanderson opted to rest some of his top competitors in the hope of reaping a bigger payo+ next season. With some of their best competitors taking a backseat, the Nittany Lions went on to *nish sixth at the NCAA tournament. Not bad by most team's standards, but it put a halt to Penn State's four-year cham- pionship run. Looking ahead to the 2015-16 season, Sanderson's lineup is poised to be fully restocked – or reloaded - in order to make another run at a team trophy at Madison Square Garden in New York.
