FIVE QUESTIONS
THIRD-YEAR GUARD
JUSTIN ANDERSON
Five questions for former Virginia bas-
ketball player Justin Anderson, who, in
April, elected to forego his final season
of college eligibility and declare for the
NBA Draft.
CAVALIER CORNER: How hard was
your decision and how did the way the
season ended play into it?
ANDERSON: "It was definitely a tough
decision. This was one of the biggest deci-
sions of my life behind maybe choosing a
college. One thing I realized is that I had
to grow up through this process a lot. I had
to make sure that I made an informed deci-
sion and talk to the proper people — guys
who played here like Joe Harris, Mike
Scott, Roger Mason. They gave me great
advice throughout the process. As far as
the season, after losing to Michigan State
— that was tough, but it had nothing to do
with me making the decision. I'm proud
of what our team accomplished this year,
and now I'm just excited to move on to the
next level."
CAVALIER CORNER: How much did
you struggle with the decision consider-
ing what you guys had coming back next
year?
